Community Housing Resource Fair – Information for 1st Homebuyers and Current Homeowners

On Saturday June 21^st, the Town of Southampton Housing and Community Services Department and Community Development Long Island (CDLI) are sponsoring a Community Housing Resource Fair for the community at the Hampton Bays Senior Center located at 25 Ponquogue Ave in Hampton Bays from 11 am to 1 pm.

Members of the public will be able to get information on the Town’s Community Housing Fund Programs including down payment assistance and the Accessory Dwelling Unit Program (ADU). CDLI has been working with the Town on the ADU program and will also be there to help the public navigate this program.
