New York, New York – City Lore is pleased to present a Book Talk and Signing featuring Ballroom Icon Michael Roberson with his new book “Ballroom: A History, A Movement, A Celebration” and Icon Dray Ebony author of “The Smooth Side of Softness – Nothing is as exciting as it seems initially” on Tuesday, August 12^th from 6-9PM. This free public event is a complement to the City Lore Gallery’s current exhibition, Legendary Looks: Preserving Our Legacy on view through August 21^st focused on the community impact and historic legacy of House Ballroom. Join us for this unique opportunity to meet the authors, hear them share some insights and perspectives and get your books autographed. City Lore is located at 56 East First Street in Manhattan.
