Placita at the Rail Park! A Halloween Night Market

Join Friends of the Rail Park for Placita at the Rail Park, A Halloween Night Market in partnership with the Association of Mexican Business Owners! This family-friendly event will feature 30+ food and craft vendors, a beer garden, music, and trick or treating. PopUpPlay Philly will also be on hand to host a lantern making and glow party for kids beginning at 6:30PM! Placita at the Rail Park is family friendly and costumes are encouraged.
